Key Ingredients
Lemongrass - Helps to relieve muscle ache and pain.
Plai (Cassumunar ginger) - Helps to relieve muscle pain, aches, sprains. Plai is also great for reducing inflammation and swelling.
Turmeric - Excellent for calming the skin and reducing redness. Turmeric also helps with inflammation.
Kaffir Lime - Naturally high in essential oils such as citronella, which is a well known natural insect repellent. Its aromatic smell also helps to reduce stress and promote sleep. Kaffir Lime is also a great natural treatment for muscle pain.
Salt - Helps with the skin absorption of medical herbs.
Ginger - Rich in antioxidants, Ginger helps to soothe, calm, and boost radiance. Ginger also helps with skin inflammation.
Young Tamarind Leaves - Soothing and calming the skin - Tamarind Leaves also helps to relieve tension in joints and muscles.
Camphor - Widely used topically to increase blood flow. Camphor also helps with reducing pain and swelling.
How to use: Splash some water onto the ball before steaming it in a steamer for 15 - 20 minutes. Once done, use thick towel or mitten to take the ball off the steamer. Test it on your arm first for allergic reaction and to see whether it is too hot. We recommend using another layer of towel to protect your skin when it is too hot. Gently pressing and massaging your body with the ball in circular and rolling motions.
Do not use it on wounds.
Care & Storage: Leave the herbal ball to dry completely. Once dried, place it in a container and keep it in a fridge or a dry place.
